Purchase Interest
In 2009, the freeholder advised that it would be willing to sell the freehold for £1,229,200.00. Although this offer has now expired, it was an indication of the maximum price at that time. As negotiations did not take place and we did not go to the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal, it is assumed that this price could have been reduced. Also, it is assumed that the offer letter of £1,229,200.00 could be used in future negotiations: although it has expired, it is believed that it could be used as a negotiation tool if the freeholder were to increase its freehold sale offer.
